Alternator Booster :
As we know, there are many benefits stabilizing and cleaning the electrical system on our rides. The effect is more pronounced on modern ECU /EFI cars. The more Electronics...the better the effect.
Even F1 use the KERS system to give additional electrical boost. So augmenting electrics work...Full stop.

"I installed the Alternator Booster yesterday and there is definitely a difference, it feels like the car has more push from 2000 rpm onwards and the throttle feels lighter, the engine is smoother also. One thing though which I noticed is that my crappy stock FM radio which normally phases in and out quite often, doesn't do so as often as before. 3 question on the alternator booster,
1) will it effect the alternator life spend to be shorten ? as it force the alternator to work "harden" than it suppose to be..
Should not affect alternator's life but theoratically, should prolong it and the car's other electronic components as well. Else car manufacturers wont be using it as OE.
2) will it work under the extremely HOT condition like car with High pressure turbo in lousy heat ventilation engine bay ?as my pivot blue was useless in my HOT engine bay...
Very good question. Electronics dont work well in the heat. That is why AB is specially designed to work in the engine compartment with high vibration load. We even wrap it in special insulation to keep it cool.
3) how will it work on those car that battery was located at rear trunk?
For car batteries at the Boot, it would be even more beneficial. Helps mitigate your higher wiring resistance
4) what is the difference between the alternator booster in comparison to the guangdao photoconductor that you sell as well. Which one is better?
The Guang-Dao thing is just a higher quality cable that supplements the stock Alternator cable by allowing more current flow to the battery/system.
The AB does more functions. Apart from filtering and stabilizing the Alterntor output, it helps stiffen the Current ( Power).
eg: when driving at 4K RPM, the alternator is working at optimum. You suddenly hit the brakes hard, the revs will fall fast. You then will lose charge and juice. The Alternator Booster (AB) will help reinforce and stiffen the charge.
That is why most ppl who have used it confirm better acceleration and Pick-Up.
5) what's the price for this gadget? and does grounding cables and a VS complements its use. Or is it an "all in one" product.
From tests and feedback, the AB is far more effective than any VS, irrespective of price. And some of them can cost Rm 1K. Independent tests have confirmed an average 2 bhp and 3nM torque gain. And we have gone to the improvements to the Audio, smoother idling etc.
But if you pair it with a good VS and grounding...even Better lah.
